how does the custom creation process work?

What is the process for creating a custom piece with Yael Designs?

Our process is designed to be seamless and creative. Our team is capable of creating (almost) everything one could potentially think of, as long as the following process is followed:

1. 1. You will receive a custom design booklet and a yellow Yael Designs box.
   2. Prepare your stones – If you have your stones picked, place them in containers or boxes, numbering each to match the provided forms.
   3. Fill out the spec sheet – Include details such as stone size, cut, and any specific instructions. You may also combine stones in one box if desired.
   4. Add design notes – Share sketches, inspirations, or preferred styles from our collections. Let your imagination take the lead.
   5. Ship to us – Once you’re ready, contact our team for a complimentary shipping label.

How long does the custom design process take?

Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time your design is approved until your finished piece is ready.

Can I provide my own center stone?

Of course! In fact, its encouraged. However, Yael’s team is able to help source the stone if you do not have one.

What metals can I choose from?

We offer a range of precious metals, including:

• Gold (yellow, white, or rose in 14k or 18k)

• Platinum

What if I have a specific design style in mind?

As mentioned before you can reference our best-selling styles or provide your own sketches and inspirations. Our design team will incorporate your preferences while ensuring the piece reflects Yael’s craftsmanship and artistry.

How soon will I hear back after submitting my request?

Our team will be in touch within 2-5 business days.

Are custom creations returnable?

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or stock exchanges as each piece is uniquely made to your specifications.
